Our delivery model is primarily SaaS, so we operate on a monthly recurring charge basis. Typically, we’re charging a percentage of the billings put through the system.

You can have as many administrative users as you wish. For CSRs, we do apply additional charges for larger Customer Service departments, so that we can scale your solution to meet your needs.
